([Tuscan x Ruffled Dude] x Lynne Cooper 1-00) 35" Late to Very Late.
Dormant. Very fragrant. Very recurrent. A wonderful lemon yellow, this
special 61⁄2" bloom has a very knobby, sparkling ruffled edge. Paler
midribs, a green centre and diamond dusting highlight the colour of
this bloom. There are so many blooms (47) on such strong 5 way
branching that I considered calling this plant ‘Chandelier’. It blooms
late and reblooms several times, right into mid November! I named this
plant for a good friend who volunteers at our Open Garden each year and
provides the catering from his restaurant in Belleville Ontario.
