Semi-evergreen. Fragrant. Recurrent. I have been closely watching this
plant grow since I saw its’ first bloom in our seedling beds. It stood
out with a “watermelon” rose colour, unlike any other. The flowers are
huge, at 6" with 31/2" wide petals. The ruffles undulate around the
petals, folding over themselves. Even the sepals have ruffles. Diamond
dusting, a very subtle watermark, a yellow throat and a green heart add
to this wonderful fragrant flower. I am very proud to offer this flower
for sale. It is quite recurrent with 18 buds on 2 way branching. |
